Natalie's 25+ years of business experience and knowledge is extensive. It includes the following:

• Five years of coaching business owners, executives and teams to greater revenues and profits while improving leadership, communication, processes, culture and personal results.
• Nine years as a Chief Financial Officer for large multi-specialty medical clinic; led a team in merging 26 independent medical practices (86 physicians) into a single multi-specialty clinic and forming an administration management company within a 9 month timeframe. Grew revenue 160% in seven years while adding a net of 24 physicians, an increase of just 28%.
• Responsibilities included all financial areas of the clinic: insurance contracting, malpractice contracting, all financial transactions and detailed reporting by physician, department, and overall clinical operations, all banking and financing activities, provided leadership for the accounting team and a member of the Senior Management team with reporting responsibilities to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors.
• 6 years of national and local public accounting experience with clients in a variety of industries.
• 5 years of internal auditing experience increasing efficiency of operational processes and elimination of employee theft.
• Along with her degree in accounting from University of Northern Iowa, Natalie is a non-practicing CPA, and a certified business and executive coach.
