Ranu Sai is a Healthcare Consultant at the Center for Transformation and Innovation at USF. In this role, Ranu is developing and leading programs to improve customer satisfaction, increase efficiencies and reduce costs. She is currently assisting on process improvement projects for a hospital, strategy planning for USF's College of Engineering, and also serving as the Administrator for a recent intra-University collaborative.
Ranu has worked on a variety of different projects in various healthcare settings including a long term care facility and hospitals. She has experience in the application of the established toolsets of Six Sigma, Lean, Change Management, Action Sessions and Simulation. Her previous projects included patient safety, regulatory compliance, department budgeting and finance, improving customer satisfaction, improving supply inventory management, and organizational behavior. Ranu has presented her findings at a variety of platforms including International conferences like IHI and ASHP.
Ranu’s previous work includes experience in customer care as coordinator, team leader and trainer in education, BPO and telecommunication sectors in India.
Ranu graduated with a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree from the University of South Florida.
