Leadership Institutes

The goal of the Leadership Institutes (LI) is to transform leadership within an organization at all levels. It aims at equipping leaders with cutting edge leadership tools and practices, enabling team collaboration, and providing access to an elite team of facilitators. The LI curriculum is a comprehensive, multi-faceted program that includes an integrated assessment process consisting of an individual success profile and development plan, executive coaching and mentoring, conferences, online learning communities (organized by areas of interest), collaborative project teams, and an online learning management system.
