The Leadership Institute Fellowship (LIF) offers an innovative medical leadership development model that is designed to:

  • Transform the DNA of Leadership
  • Improve the quality of care
  • Build collaboration and partnerships between physicians and hospital administrators
  • Increase physicians' engagement in strategic decision making
  • Enhance physicians' recruitment and retention
  • Target level five leadership

The LIF program includes a 360° assessment process that consists of an individual success profile and development plan, executive coaching and mentoring, conferences, online learning communities (organized by areas of interest), collaborative project teams, and an online learning management system. CME credits are awarded to those who successfully complete the program.
