What is Process Improvement? We use project management, organizational and facilitation skills to help clients execute projects and achieve their goals. We bring together knowledge and experience to create solutions that maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of people, process, and technology resources. The projects we work on span the continuum from small to large scale efforts, and can include a combination of operations, construction of new facilities, or implementation of IT platforms.
Our key differentiator is that we incorporate education into every consulting effort. This includes introduction to key concepts of improvement methodologies as well as supporting development of in-house capabilities. We also transfer process improvement skill sets to clients through in-depth training, real-world relevant examples, and mentoring of initial projects through successful completion.
